Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw your contractual statement in text, by telephone or electronically at "http://www.mk-electronic.de/Service/Widerrufsbelehrung" within 14 days without giving reasons. The period shall commence upon receipt of these instructions in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of repeated deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before the fulfilment of our obligations to provide information pursuant to Art. 1 and 2 EGBGB (Introductory Act to the German Civil Code) and our obligations pursuant to § 312e para. 1 sentence 1 BGB (German Civil Code) in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Return of the products without a telephone, written or electronic recall cannot be accepted!

The transfer costs are borne by the buyer. Transport costs are charged to the customer (the buyer).
For deliveries from our warehouse with the following carriers ACS, SPEEDEX, GENIKI, TNT, ELTA for anything please contact us.

The transport and parcel delivery process has as a charge up to 2 kg 6,0 euros + VAT extra.

The minimum order is 10,0 euro + VAT (excluding shipping).

For any order below this amount an additional charge of 3,0 + euro tax + 3,0 + euro tax

RETURN CONDITIONS

THE RETURN OF ANY PRODUCT WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE SALES DEPARTMENT OF MK HELLAS

ENA PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN SPECIALLY ORDERED, AFTER A DECISION OF THE

CUSTOMER (e.g. IMPORT OF ACER GALLERY KEYBOARD), WILL BE ACCEPTED AS

"RETURN" TO MK MONO IN CASE OF SERVICE.

EACH RETURN WILL HAVE TO HAVE ITS FACTORY-ISSUED

PACKAGING AND BE IN PERFECT CONDITION.
